Macaroni, Cheese, Health, and Happiness!

A lot of foods that are delicious aren’t incredibly nutritious. To combat this, I’ll be sharing some recipes that taste just as good without sacrificing health.
This time, it’s a mac & cheese recipe. Let’s start!
Ingredients:
½ box (8 oz) of macaroni
1 block (8oz) of cheddar cheese
2 tbsp of all purpose flour
¾ cup of milk
2 tbsp of butter
Steps:
Cook macaroni, set aside
Melt the butter in a pan or saucepan
Add the flour, milk, and cheese into the melted butter
Mix the flour, milk, cheese, and butter together into a sauce texture
Add more milk if the sauce is too thick
Add the macaroni into the sauce, and mix together
And that’s it! I chopped up tomato, cucumber, and pepper to eat as a side
