 Macaroni, Cheese, Health, and Happiness!

A lot of foods that are delicious aren’t incredibly nutritious. To combat this, I’ll be sharing some recipes that taste just as good without sacrificing health.


This time, it’s a mac & cheese recipe. Let’s start! 


Ingredients:

  • ½ box (8 oz) of macaroni 

  • 1 block (8oz) of cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp of all purpose flour

  • ¾ cup of milk

  • 2 tbsp of butter


Steps:


  1. Cook macaroni, set aside

  1. Melt the butter in a pan or saucepan

  2. Add the flour, milk, and cheese into the melted butter

  1. Mix the flour, milk, cheese, and butter together into a sauce texture

    1. Add more milk if the sauce is too thick

        

  1. Add the macaroni into the sauce, and mix together

                

And that’s it! I chopped up tomato, cucumber, and pepper to eat as a side
